Client will supply basic information regarding what is required, i.e. size, colours, style, fonts, theme and text. Ideally text should be supplied by email, if there is a lot of text that needs to be typed by us, then a further charge may be made. Details of this would be provided with our quote.
Draft designs are then made and emailed to client with 'proof' marks on. Any amends needed will be made at no extra charge to the client.
Once the client has 'approved' artwork, 'proof' marks are removed and the artwork is sent to print.
A deposit of 50% will be required at the time when the client approves the artwork and before sending it to print; this can be cash, cheque or bank draft. Once printed, the goods will be delivered and the balance to be paid as above.
Delivery is normally around 7 working days. This can be quicker if required and can be detailed in the quote.
